Special Notification - COVID-19:

We wish to notify all our esteemed customers that we have to make some adjustments to our shipping policy, as we are experiencing slight delays in shipping timing due to supply chain disruptions caused by COVID-19.

We have been operating as usual, so please go ahead and order your favourite product. Just please be patient with delivery. The eRider Team will keep you updated on the item you have ordered.

Australia Shipping Policy

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and authorised your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Once your order is shipped, we'll email you, your tracking details. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account. When placing an order, please make sure you enter your correct email address, shipping address and mobile number.

Please note, due to the limited access of our carriers, there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to. If you live in rural areas or had an issue with shipping before, please contact us (mail@erider.com.au) before purchasing a product, to confirm we can ship the product to your address.

International Shipping Policy

eRider Australia is happy to announce that we have now started to ship products to select International locations, for particular products and categories. 

eRider International Shipping Zones:

- 'Down Under': New Zealand;

- North America: United States of America, Canada;

- Great Britain: United Kingdom, Ireland;

- Europe: Russia, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine; and

- Asia: Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam.

If your country of residence is not listed above please contact us (mail@erider.com.au) to check whether we can ship to your residential address.


Please note: We only ship Accessories, Electric Kids, Path Skateboards, Mearth Scooters to Australia Shipping Address

- eRider will ship only select products the various International locations; 

- All products are priced and sold in Australian Dollars;

- Shipping time may vary from country to country;

- At this stage, shipping is free across all International Countries stated in this page; 

- International customers can contact us before submitting an order, for any question and to ensure we ship to their Country / Region (mail@erider.com.au);

- When submitting an order, please state your precise shipping information. eRider may contact you to double check your shipping information; and 

- eRider reserves the right to edit prices, cancel and refund orders at any time.
