We are experiencing an unprecedented increase in orders these days, so please go ahead and order your favourite product. Just please be patient with delivery. The eRider Team will keep you updated on the item you have ordered accordingly.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and authorised your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Once your order is shipped, we'll email you, your tracking details. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account. When placing an order, please make sure you enter your correct email address, shipping address and mobile number.
Please note, due to the limited access of our carriers, there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to. If you live in rural areas or had an issue with shipping before, please contact us (email@example.com) before purchasing a product, to confirm we can ship the product to your address.
We currently don't offer shipping outside of Australia.
